SI Outdoor is the services team that makes the Shalom Institute available to groups year-round. In addition to coordinating the retreat facility, SI Outdoor offers team building, environmental & adventure programming. The beautiful grounds of the Shalom Institute is the perfect setting for conferences, retreats, special events and occasions. The Institute is located in the scenic Malibu Mountains and is miles from the beach and 45 minutes from Los Angeles. Numerous private events are hosted amid the 135 acres of breathtaking wilderness & woodlands. Hiking trails, sweeping panoramic views, waterfalls, and oak and sycamore covered terrain make the Institute a favorite site. The brand new Emma Stern Center, conference center and dining hall are fully equipped for all rental needs. Our trained staff is available to help program your stay.
